Can I rent out my apartment?
Yes. You can live in it, use it as a second home, or rent it out through the Filomena team, who handle management, maintenance and rentals.
Are the apartments furnished?
Ground-floor apartments can be delivered furnished and move-in ready on request. Upper-floor apartments are unfurnished; furnishing is available at extra cost.
How are my payments protected?
Payments follow a schedule tied to construction milestones and are handled through the notary. We will walk you through the full payment schedule during your presentation.
I live abroad. Can I still buy?
Yes. We offer presentations by video call and guide you through every step, in English, Dutch, Papiamentu or Spanish.
